1. Design

3. Curling

4. Rolling
After ironing, it needs to enter the rolling process. This process is short for "rolling the bare rod". At this time, the prototype of the fishing rod has appeared. Generally speaking, a rolling machine is needed when rolling the fishing rod.
5. Tape packaging
After winding, the carbon fiber fabric is wound around the outside of the fishing tackle equipment mold like an egg roll, but the adhesive attached to the fabric will not dry and solidify immediately. Even during the period when it is not completely dry, delamination between fabric layers may occur. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the adhesion of the rod embryo, and this effect is called "wrapping".
6. Solidification
After the winding steps are completed, these semi-finished products will be put into an oven for heating. It is put into the oven for heating to help the adhesive in the carbon fiber fabric layers melt in a high-temperature environment, fully bond each layer of fabric, and then penetrate into the fabric dimensional reinforcement structure. Generally speaking, skilled manufacturers will choose an oven with stable temperature control and store it at 125℃ to 130℃ for about two hours.
7. Demolding
The removed rod blank is still attached to the fishing tackle equipment mold, so it needs to be separated to complete the next processing process. Therefore, these rod blanks containing molds need to be placed on a demolding machine and the mold removed. After the molds are removed one by one, the outer layer of wrapped and solidified tape should be removed.
8. Determination
When cutting the fabric and rolling the bare rod, a section is reserved at the head and tail to avoid errors and facilitate processing. Therefore, at this stage, it is necessary to cut off the excess part according to the original design size.
9. Grinding
In fact, the surface of the carbon fiber fabric is a bit rough, which is not only uncomfortable to the touch but also unsightly. Therefore, in order to increase the strength of the product, the surface is usually ground to facilitate processing and increase the coating effect in the future. The cut bare rod should first be evenly coated with supplementary soil and then rotated on a grinding machine. At this time, sandpaper should be used to manually grind off the excess supplementary soil.
