This equipment uses single-bundle or multi-bundle fiber winding, with precise tension control design and stable control methods for the entire process of fiber bundle impregnation, conduction, and spreading (yarn spreading). Through temperature control and precise control of the resin content, a modular and reconfigurable design method is proposed that meets the process performance requirements of aerospace product winding molding. The four-axis linkage CNC winding equipment can achieve 90-degree winding, spiral winding, longitudinal and ring alternating winding, and small winding angles.
