This equipment uses single-bundle or multi-bundle fiber winding, with precise tension control design and stable control methods for the entire process of fiber bundle impregnation, conduction, and spreading (yarn spreading). Through temperature control and precise control of resin content, a modular and reconfigurable design method oriented to the winding forming process performance requirements of aerospace products is proposed. The four-axis linkage CNC winding equipment can realize 90-degree winding, spiral winding, longitudinal and ring alternating winding, and small winding angles.
It can provide complete technical solutions for enterprises in the fields of aerospace, rail transit, wind power generation, medical and health, oil fields, automobiles, and bridges, including structural component molding technical solutions.
